When can you pick up your order in our store?
Our webshop and store operate with separate warehouses and colleagues. Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
If you order by personal pickup, you can usually pick it up at our store after 24 hours, counting in working days.
Be sure to wait for the "Your order can be collected" email! You can then pick up your order during business hours for 3 working days.
When will you receive your order if you order with delivery?
Orders are packed on working days.
If you order with delivery to an address in Hungary, we will hand over your package to the courier service within 1-2 working days, which they will deliver on the next working day.
So you usually have to count on 2-3 working days.

You can pick up your order for FREE in our store, Szputnyik Shop D20.
Here you can also view and try on the products.
