Our highly successful series continues!
After Budapest's iconic BKK lines, now the iconic districts and squares take center stage!
Budapest cannot be categorized into a single style. It has art school energy, dawn gyros outfit, specialty coffee minimalism, and "just ran to the store" outfits that somehow still work.
So we made a mini fashion map out of it.
Because Budapest doesn't just have an atmosphere — it also has specific outfits.
The energy of an Újlipótváros morning is different from a Blaha Friday night, and the Bartók Quarter has a completely different vibe than District VIII at 4 PM.
And we tried to put it together:
if these places were outfits, what would they wear?
🖤 District VIII: chaos, character

District VIII doesn't try to be sterile — and that's precisely why it works.
It's raw, loud, eclectic, and very Budapest all at once.
For this, we put together an outfit that similarly makes no apologies for its existence: oversized patterned T-shirt, sporty sunglasses, platform TOMS sandals, utility pieces, and a bit of "random, yet it works" energy.
An outfit where you can easily pop out for a coffee... and somehow it turns into two in the morning.
⚓ Újlipótváros: normcore and weekend energy

Újlipótváros is the district that always looks like Sunday morning.
Calm, tidy, a bit Scandinavian, a bit intellectual, and you surely have a book or notebook with you.
Striped T-shirt, Carhartt pants, comfortable TOMS shoes, and a practical Fjallraven backpack — effortless, yet very deliberate.
The kind of outfit that looks like you didn't put much thought into it.
But you did.
🎨 Bartók Quarter: artsy, but not overdone

The Bartók Quarter is that character who "just pops into an exhibition" and then spends the whole afternoon there.
Colorful patterns, vintage denim, quirky accessories, and comfortable sandals — creative chaos, but in a good way.
A bit artsy, and yes, they probably have a favorite analog film store.
🟡 Blaha: main character energy

Something is always happening, everyone is rushing somewhere, and yet there's something iconic about it.
For this, we paired a sportier, bolder outfit: an oversized shirt (with a karate print!), a basketball set, techy sunglasses, and an "I don't care who's looking" attitude.
A bit 2000s, a bit underground, a bit after-party energy.
Just like Blaha.

Of course, something is always happening on the corner of Dohány Street and Síp Street too! Right now, for example, you can find many cool, new summer and vintage pieces here! It's worth stopping by if you're looking for something special for the new season!
We put together all the outfits from the current items in our webshop — so if any district is too close to your heart, you can even take its vibe home.
Because Budapest is sometimes dirty.
Sometimes chaotic.
Sometimes too loud.
But meanwhile, it dresses incredibly well.
