New Districts, New Outfits, Fresh Webshop Pieces
It was proven last time that Budapest not only has an atmosphere, but also a wardrobe.
By popular demand and based on your recommendations, we continued the series and translated more districts into outfits – while also featuring many of our freshly arrived webshop favorites in the sets.
Let's see what Budapest would wear if it were leaving home from Margit District, Zugló, Újpest, or Kőbánya.
🌿 Margit District: workwear meets creative Buda
The base of the Margit District outfit is one of our favorite new arrivals: the vintage-style graphic t-shirt combined with a vintage workwear style Carhartt shirt.
For this, we chose olive green Dickies trousers, natural colors, and comfortable Grünland sandals to maintain the relaxed, creative atmosphere characteristic of the entire neighborhood.
The paper-effect Paperbourne backpack is exactly the piece that is both practical and distinctive – just like the district itself.
🌳 Zugló: comfortable, playful, and summery
For Zugló, we looked for pieces that are both light and distinctive.
The cat-patterned t-shirt immediately draws attention, while the floral vintage skirt and plant-themed socks further reinforce the suburban, green atmosphere.
Our particular favorites are the new branded accessories: the pale green Fjallraven crossbody bag and the cream-colored Grünland clogs, which can be incorporated into almost any summer outfit.
💜 Újpest: sporty basics, maximum character
The Újpest set includes several pieces that are statements in themselves.
The vintage baseball jersey immediately sets the tone of the outfit, but the patterned skirt and purple accessories make it truly exciting.
This is what we love about vintage clothing: combinations are created that initially seem unusual, yet work together perfectly.
🍺 Kőbánya: vintage t-shirt, boots, nothing superfluous
If we had to choose a single set from this collection that is most authentically vintage Szputnyik, it would probably be the Kőbánya one.
The graphic vintage Outkast t-shirt alone draws attention, but we also chose cool Lakers denim shorts and classic boots to go with it.
The result is an outfit that is nostalgic, street-ready, and timeless all at once.
With pieces you'd still pull out years later.
