Participation and game rules

1. Organizer: Reszputnyik Kft. (1092 Budapest, Bakáts tér 8.) is the organizer of the game presented in these participation and game regulations (hereinafter: Game).
2. The Player
2.1. Anyone with an Instagram user account can participate in the Game announced by the Organizer.
2.2. Employees of the Organizer and their close relatives are excluded from the game.
3. Mechanism of the game, conditions of participation:
3.1. The Organizer announces the Game to the Player via the Organizer's official Instagram page ( https://www.instagram.com/szputnyikshop/ ). The prize draw is free and does not involve any purchase obligation.
3.2. The prize draw runs from March 21, 2024 to March 27, 2024 .
3.3. Anyone who forms a "Follow" relationship with the Organizer's Instagram page called "sputnyikshop" during the duration of the Game and marks it in the Instagram post created for the Game in the form of a comment under the post (tag ) of at least 1 friend.
3.4. The prize will be drawn on March 27, 2024 at 2 p.m. The winner of the draw will be notified by the Organizer in an Instagram message, and the name of the winner will be published on Szputnyik shop's Instagram page and/or on its official website ( www.szputnyikshop.hu ). If the Organizer's notification of the Player does not lead to a result within 5 working days of the draw, the Organizer will transfer the prize to the alternate winner in the same way. The winner will receive the prize by mail.
4. Duration of the Game

6. Prize
6.1. In the framework of the draw announced by the Organizer, one winner will be chosen, who will receive 1 Fjallraven Kanken Mini (oxred) backpack, 3 badges and 2 patches win.
6.2. The prize is not transferable. The prize cannot be exchanged for money.
6.3. The Organizer is responsible for the tax payment related to the prize.

6.5. The Organizer has no further obligations other than the delivery of the prize as described above and the settlement of their tax liability. 7. Moderation
The organizer reserves the right to refuse to publish any comments or other content (hereinafter: User Content) published by the Player, to moderate or remove User Content. The Organizer also reserves the right to reject or delete objectionable content and/or any user content that it deems to be infringing or inappropriate, and to exclude the Player from the game. The Organizer may, at its sole discretion, retain certain user content, and if required by law, or if, in the reasonable discretion of the Organizer, it is necessary to protect users or their personal safety, it may also disclose user content. The Promoter disclaims any responsibility for any damage or loss arising from the use of user content posted or otherwise transmitted on any Promoter's Instagram page.
8. Conditions for receiving the prize:
The Organizer is not responsible for damages caused by incorrect or incorrect data provided by the Player, or for consequences. Organizer. reserves the right to hand over the prize exclusively to the winner or his or her next of kin.
Participants in the game agree to publicly announce their winnings on the Organizer's Instagram page and/or on the Organizer's website ( www.szputnyikshop.hu ) and/or on their official Facebook page ( https://www.facebook.com/szputnyikshop ) his name.
The Winner is obliged to cooperate with the Organizer in connection with the delivery of the prize.
9. Organizer's rights
Apart from handing over the prize and reimbursing the tax, the Organizer has no further obligations related to the prize. The participants accept that they are fully responsible for any damage caused to the Organizer by any violation of the Rules of Participation during participation in the Game. In case of violation of the Participation Rules, the player's participation is invalid.
10. Data management
By participating in the Game, the player unconditionally consents to the personal data (name, address, e-mail address, phone number) provided by the player and the winner being entered into the Organizer's database, and to all further compensation by the Organizer, and use it for your own marketing without permission. This consent does not cover the fact that the Organizer releases these data to third parties for the purpose of utilization.
The Organizer manages the personal data of the Players in accordance with these Rules of Participation and the applicable data protection laws.
Reszputnyik Kft. (1092 Budapest, Bakáts tér 8., hereinafter: "Data Controller") processes your personal data specified in these Terms of Participation for the purpose specified in these Terms of Participation based on your express consent based on your voluntary, prior and detailed information. By participating in the Game, you expressly consent to the processing of your personal data as defined in these Rules of Participation. You expressly agree and acknowledge that you are not entitled to compensation for the public disclosure of your information in connection with the Game. Participation in the game and the provision of data is voluntary, however, you acknowledge that if you do not provide the data necessary for the delivery of the prize if you become a winner, this will lead to your exclusion from the game, i.e. you will lose your right to the prize.
Scope of processed personal data
For the purpose specified in these Participation Rules, the Data Controller only handles personal data that you voluntarily provided to the Data Controller during participation in the game (for example, name, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number, hereinafter: Personal Data).
Purpose of data management
The data manager is entitled to process your Personal Data for the purpose of participation in the game, the delivery of the prize, and marketing activities. By participating in the game, the Players expressly consent to the Organizer's free and legal use of the personal data of the players and winners provided to the Organizer (e.g., name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) for the conduct of this Game and for the purposes of the Organizer's marketing activities and contact the Player with a direct commercial offer in person, by mail or by means of communication. By participating in the Game, the Player consents to the Organizer repeatedly or continuously contacting him for the purpose of market research. The legal basis for data provision is the consent given by participating in the Game, the Player can request information about data management at any time. The Data Controller informs you that you can withdraw your consent at any time, without any restrictions or reasons, free of charge by sending an e-mail to the following e-mail address (info@szputnyikshop.hu) or by sending a letter to the following mailing address (Reszputnyik kft. (1074 Budapest, 20 Dohány Street).
11. Remedy
The Data Controller hereby informs you that CXII of 2011 on the right to information self-determination and freedom of information. Act ("Infotv"), according to the conditions set out in Infotv, you: (i) have the right to request information from the data controller about the handling of your data (ii) you can request the correction of your data from the data controller, in case of violation of your rights to the National Data Protection and Freedom of Information Authority (1125 Budapest, Szilágyi Erzsébet fasor 22/c.) or you can go to court. The Data Controller's registration number in the register kept by the National Data Protection and Freedom of Information Authority: NAIH-122386/2017.
12. Acceptance of the Participation Rules by the Player
By participating in the game, the Player acknowledges and accepts all the conditions contained in these Rules of Participation.
13. Final Provisions
The Game is governed by Hungarian legislation. All data obtained in connection with applications during the Game can only be used in accordance with the consent given by the applicants at the time of application, these Rules of Participation and Instagram principles.
The game is not sponsored, endorsed or associated with Instagram. The Player provides his data to the Organizer of the Game, not to Instagram. The information provided by the Player will only be used for the purposes described in these Regulations. Instagram does not participate in the organization of the Game, therefore, in connection with participation in the Game, they are fully and completely exempt from obligations arising from the Game.
Should certain provisions of these Participation Rules be invalid, this will not affect the validity of other parts of the Participation Rules. In this case, the invalid provision of the Participation Regulations shall be replaced by the relevant and effective provision of the current Hungarian legislation.
